England’s Oldest Organic Vineyard Organic since 1979, Sedlescombe is the oldest organic vineyard in UK. Comprising 22 acres this is an independent family vineyard established by wine-maker Roy Cook producing about 20,000 bottles of 'Estate Grown & Bottled' English wine annually.
International Awards Extensive International award-winning range of whites, rose, red and sparkling wines - all certified biodynamic or organic. In 2013 Sedlescombe became the first English vineyard to win International recognition for a RED(!) wine when the 2011 Regent won Silver at the International Organic Wine Awards. In 2015, the 2010 Regent red and 2013 Pinot Noir–Chardonnay Sparkling Wine both won Gold awards in their respective categories in this international competition.
