Made by the Traditional Method, with at least 24 months on lees. The sparkling wine is dry with good upfront fruit and a long finish.
This wine was the South West Wine Competition Gold medal award winner in 2014 and is made from Seyval Blanc grapes.
The wine judges favourite; this sparkling came 13th in the UK and was awarded a Gold Medal. This is an “apple” crisp lively wine with a delicate sparkling nose and good complexity. We have small quantities of this vintage remaining.
