Hush Heath Estate - Manor Pinot Noir - Case of 6
This Pinot Noir is named after the Estate’s 16th Century Manor House, overlooking the beautiful Vineyards, Orchards and Winery. This beautiful Pinot Noir is perhaps the best proof yet that England can make delicious red wines, too!
Hush Heath Manor Pinot Noir has been made from selected clones grown on the Hush Heath Estate.
Although the Pinot Noir planted in 2002 was originally intended to be for the creation of the estate's sparkling wines, a warming climate and increased experience has meant they have been able to produce delicious still Pinot Noir for the last three vintages. The wine undergoes a short and fairly cool fermentation on its skins and a small proportion of the blend is aged in new American oak. This results in a wonderfully soft, silky and fruit-forward style.
