Sedlescombe Organic Vineyard - Dessert 2016 - Case of 6
This is special edition wine to celebrate the highest natural sugar levels ever recorded at Sedlescombe – and quite possibly in England - a result of the exceptionally dry and warm late summer weather of 2016. A naturally sweet Dessert wine produced from unchapitalized juice from our 2016 Solaris grapes. Fermentation not fully completed so as to achieve 57g/l residual sugar. No sweetening added! Fermented using natural wild yeasts.
TASTING NOTES This wine has an elegant character with full-on smooth sweetness balanced superbly by exquisite fruity acidity. Quite complex. Great with cheeses or most after dinner delights, or enjoy on its own. An exceptional English Wine to be proud of!
